Botcappers provides automated sports analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. Picks, probabilities, records, prices, and commentary are not guarantees, financial advice, or instructions to wager. Past performance does not predict future results.

The practical meaning

You remain responsible for every decision you make. A published model position does not eliminate uncertainty or turn wagering into a risk-free activity.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the service only if you can legally do so where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws, age restrictions, and sportsbook rules. Botcappers may not be used to facilitate unlawful gambling.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

  • Do not share or resell protected account access.
  • Do not attempt to bypass subscription or administrative controls.
  • Do not use automated account creation, credential attacks, or harmful scraping.
  • Do not interfere with service availability or other users.

Data and service availability

Odds, schedules, results, scores, and model outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Features may change, pause, or be removed. Material information should be independently verified before acting on it.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Botcappers is not responsible for wagering losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
